Getting started is simple. Schedule a consultation and we can chat face to face or over the video call—we’ll walk you through the best service to meet your needs and find a time that works for you. A consultation is $30 and we do require a credit card to secure a time slot, but we do not keep your card on file. Should you decide to move forward with booking a service (yay!) your $30 will be applied to the service.

We pride ourselves on full transparency with pricing available when you book. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. If Jenna feels you need an additional treatment or add on, it is the commitment of the salon to communicate this beforehand so you stay in the drivers seat. We also pride ourselves on being a non gratuity salon for the last 14 years, and this will never change.

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, offer multiple options depending on your budget and goals. In full transparency, Jenna does double book to keep her prices competitive to the market, so she does have a strict on time policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and 50% of the service will be charged.

This may sound harsh, but hair color processes in 45 minute intervals and working with chemicals can also be harsh, we take that very seriously here at The Salon Austin.
