Jenna Caldwell is a renowned hair color specialist, global educator, and the owner of The Salon Austin. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, she is the 4th generation of cosmetologists in her family. Jenna’s passion for hair styling started when she was 4 years old, sweeping hair for her mother at her shop. Just like her mother did for her father, and her grandfather did for her great grandfather after they migrated to America from Palermo, Italy during WW2. This lifetime of generational knowledge has driven her to excel in her craft, leading her to become the proud owner of The Salon Austin. She also tours the globe teaching the science of hair color from her education platform, The Colorist Blueprint. Jenna’s expertise and dedication have earned her recognition in prestigious publications such as The Colorist Magazine, Estetica and UK Hairdressers. Known for her versatility, Jenna caters to both celebrities and Austinites alike, transforming their looks with her creative flair and expert touch. Through her talent and commitment, Jenna continues to leave a lasting impression in the world of hair styling.
Reece
Reece is a new to Austin hairstylist who specializes in hair cutting and color transformations. Originally from Houston, she followed her passion for beauty and creativity after a career in administration—and hasn’t looked back since. Her love for connecting with people and helping them feel confident, empowered, and truly seen through their personal style, led her to a career in cosmetology. In the salon, she’s all about thoughtful details, fresh techniques, and one-of-a-kind transformations—whether it’s a custom color formula, a modern cut, or a full style revamp. Have a vision? Reece is ready to bring it to life. Outside of work, Reece is usually cooking, thrifting, exploring new restaurants, or chasing a good sunset with her corgi, Bertie.
